Malaysia LewisCounselorRead MoreMalaysia Lewis strives to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with compassion and clarity.
Hi, and welcome! I’m glad you’re here! I see therapy as a partnership, one where we work together to explore what's going on beneath the surface, set goals, and build tools that support lasting change. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and safe to be yourself. Whether you're facing a tough season or seeking self-understanding, I'm here with care and compassion. Being a military spouse, I’m familiar with the challenges of constant transitions and unexpected changes, and I’m here to support you through them. I have experience working with children and teenagers using play therapy interventions, as well as supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and significant life transitions in outpatient settings. I am currently practicing under the supervision of Thomasina Odom, PhD, ACS, as I work toward full licensure in the state of Georgia. My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Starting therapy is a brave step, thank you for considering it. I believe our work together can be a valuable and empowering part of your journey.Call or Email Malaysia Lewis now for a free 15 minute consultation - (470) 722-1620
